Goings On.

Feeling much more sorted out now. My gut biome is finding some stasis. It has not been a problem, just inconsistent.

Tuesday I lollygagged a bit as it was a rainy day. But in the evening I went and bought a vacuum cleaner. And, set it to charge.

Yesterday was a long day. I started with Pan Mee as my source for that is near a few other stops I needed to make. Excellent as usual. Then I went to the pharmacy.

A pleasant surprise. My hypertension, cholesterol, anti-depressant, and anti-anxiety/hypertension (beta blocker) meds are all available without Rx. A month's cost RM145 or less then $40. Bingo! Only thing I can't get without a script in Ambien. That's fine. I've been taking a half dose the last week with expectations to just drop it next week.

There was no need to check for Valium. Haven't taken it much in the last 2 weeks. I should have taken it today (1/2 dose) and will take a full dose next Wednesday....Dentist appointments. Today was scaling and cleaning. RM250. Wednesday will be an extraction of the roots from the broken tooth

Back to yesterday. I need a haircut. But it turned out my guy is on vacation. So I checked the malls for shirts and shorts. Seems I'm at least a 3XL Shirt here. And, that's not usually stocked. My preference is for lined shorts. Nope. I was at UniQlo. So it's going to be an online order I guess. No big deal

Lots of walking and sore feet. When I got home, I vacuumed - mega dust bunnies as it's all tile. Easy.

Dinner with the sailing group was wonderful. Family style this time. With midin, Malay "fiddlehead" ferns. And lots of good porky stuff. I like these folks. RM31 for my share of 10 dishes, And, a place I'll return to.

Up early for my 1000 dentist visit. Early for me. Kolo Mee from a place up the street isn't as good as TSA's.

1100 and I'm writing. Gonna relax today.
